EFF: Legal Guide for Bloggers

Freedom of speech is the foundation of a functioning democracy, and Internet bullies shouldn’t use the law to stifle legitimate free expression. An excellent resource from the Electronic Frontier Foundation to advise bloggers on legal issues.
