Yes! I know right? There wi-fi has been driving me bonkers. I figured where is the best place to get an account. Starbucks, cause there are so many, and at&t is a very famous network, but they are letting us down lately!

I stopped going to Starbucks when I need WiFi and look for a Panera Bread, Duncan Donut or McDonald’s first.
The only reason I go to Starbucks is to get my wife coffee and I am trying to get out of that because of their new rewards program which I feel is worse than Black Card which was worse than…
if they cannot do it right do not do it.

thanks for nailing them on this. I signed up for my Starbucks/ATT account last week because I was going to be traveling and needed to have a fall-back internet connection. I spent WAY TOO MUCH time trying to navigate this mess. And the information I got when I signed up at Starbucks was confusing. The place I bought the card I was told I only needed to keep a $5 balance, and the very next Starbucks I went to told me that was not true, that I needed to reach "green" level (buy some coffee). Who do they pay to come up with these lame programs? Bret
