Those people are not qualified to flip a burger, nevermind issue subpoenas. Just goes to prove that Bierfeldt blew it when he dropped suit back in November for being illegally detained and interrogated by TSA thugs for carrying "too much cash." His suit would have at least set a precedent to keep a leash on the TSA, but now they're back to their old tricks just like everyone with half a brain knew they would be.
