		<description>That the TSA has once again over stepped its authority is not a surprise.   Those people are not qualified to flip a burger, nevermind issue subpoenas.   Just goes to prove that Bierfeldt blew it when he dropped suit back in November for being illegally detained and interrogated by TSA thugs for carrying &quot;too much cash.&quot;    His suit would have at least set a precedent to keep a leash on the TSA, but now they&#039;re back to their old tricks just like everyone with half a brain knew they would be.</description>
